Custom Print-On-Demand Operations
Urgent: 2-Hour Action Window
Because our products are made-to-order, custom printing starts almost immediately upon checkout. You must notify us within 2 hours if you need any adjustments to your order.
At We Are Baby Boomers, every item is custom-printed specifically for you! Because our products are made-to-order, the production process begins very quickly after your checkout is complete to ensure you get your items as fast as possible.

If you need to cancel your order, change a size or color, or update your shipping address, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

After the 2-hour window has passed, or once an order has been routed to our printing facilities and production has started, we can no longer cancel, modify, or reroute the order.
At this stage, the blank garments have already been allocated and the printing process is underway.
shopping_cart_checkout 3. Accidental Orders & Buyer's Remorse
Since we do not hold inventory and each item is created on demand, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds for accidental purchases or buyer's remorse once the production phase has begun.
